Rain, sneezes and constant yawns. That's all I hear today. My body aches because of all the raking yesterday and I've allowed myself to do nothing today... expect finishing the second novel for the weekend. Also a perfect day for wool socks, hot chocolate and editing.
I'm very happy right in this moment: stirring my soups, spoiling my kids with hugs and kisses, enjoying the lovely October. So we have stepped into fall. Boots and soups are some of my favorite things of the season - unlike my children's. They just don't like soups nor rubber boots. But boots have become essential lately and I'm continuing my crusade with soups. Find my favorite soups on Pinterest!

The birds have started their great escape to the south as well as the leafs are getting fewer... and fewer. I've wandered outside to see the Autumn to take over. This is my favorite tree; my inspirer for digital art during autumn and winter. And as it's pretty darn dark today all I can do is to dream, snooze and edit a little to escape from reality today.
Somehow we passed September... time is slipping through my fingers but I'm happy to discover that the real autumn, my favorite season, hasn't even started. It's about to break down any minute now and I'm desperately waiting to get my rubber boots on. Bring on all the colors, morning freeze, gloomy nights and candles.
And here is your free printable calendar template for September.
As said September has been sunny and warm. Almost too sunny... the light is harsh and my summer shoes are already worn out. Right now I'm ready to wrap myself in sweater, hide under the umbrella and feel the morning freeze. I find myself waiting for October, candles and the real colors of fall.
I ques this is what they call a writer's block ... and one thing is for sure - You can't force it. My inspiration will return. Until then, I'm just gonna wait and enjoy other things. Dream, read, write and perhaps even paint a little (!). And while waiting for my inspiration to return and to get ready to pick up the camera again, I'm browsing trough my archives. Finding my most favorites and enjoying what I've created before.
There is a song of Mindy Cledhill that is embedded in this post. It’s about all that I have to say to and about my little girl. Her with great big plans. Her with the warmest heart and truest love. Her who see magic everywhere.
Happy birthday my 5 year old! I’m so grateful to have her in my life… ♡
